Guidelines for structuring a website update request

For the subject, please use a descriptive subject rather than just "School name website". For example, "Policy replacement" or "Our Staff changes".

In the body of the email, please be as clear and specific as possible with the changes that you would like making. 
For example: Insert the attached photo into the page in this location.
Rather than: Put this photo on the website.

Please include a link to the page that you would like the changes making to if possible, or at least state clearly which page it is.
